The BreathTribe Expedition website (“Site”) is operated by Breath to Connect LLC (“BreathTribe”). By registering for the Expedition or using this Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Registration & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payments are accepted via credit card or Zelle through our website

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Our policy is:

• Full refund: Within 48 hours of purchase

• 50% refund: Up to one month before the expedition (by September 30, 2025)

• No refund: Within two weeks of the expedition (after October 16, 2025)

• If BreathTribe cancels the Expedition due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.

Health & Safety

• By registering, you confirm that you are in good health and able to safely participate in outdoor activities such as hiking, breathwork, and wellness practices.

• Participation is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with outdoor adventure activities.

• BreathTribe is not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or lost/stolen belongings during the Expedition.

Media & Photography

• Photos and videos may be taken during the Expedition for documentation and future promotions.

• If you prefer not to appear in media, please notify us in advance — we will respect your choice.
