OUR INTENTION
The BreathTribe Expedition is an invitation to step into nature’s
raw beauty — to explore the trails of Mount Timpanogos, with its
cascading waterfalls, alpine lakes, and starlit skies.
This is more than a hike. It’s an opportunity to challenge
yourself, breathe deeper, and share unforgettable moments with
a community of adventurers guided safely along the way.
We’ve walked these paths ourselves, and each time we return,
the mountain offers something new. Now, it’s time to
share that joy, connection, and clarity with you.

MOUNT TIMPANOGOS
THE HEART OF OUR JOURNEY
Mount Timpanogos is the crown jewel of Utah’s Wasatch Range, rising to 11,752 ft (3,582 m) — the second-highest peak in the region. Its trails wind through wildflower meadows, waterfalls, and alpine forests, leading to the breathtaking Emerald Lake at 10,397 ft (3,169 m).
The lake’s distinctive emerald-green waters, formed by an ancient glacier, make it one of the most iconic alpine lakes in the U.S. The hike covers about 10.5 miles round trip with an elevation gain of 3,500 ft, taking most groups 5–7 hours to complete.
Beyond its natural beauty, the mountain carries deep cultural significance. The name Timpanogos comes from the Timpanogos people, meaning “rock canyon” or “rock water mouth.” For centuries, the mountain has been a place of gathering, storytelling, and reverence.
Here, we won’t just hike —
we’ll breathe, connect, and immerse in a landscape alive with history, challenge, and wonder.
